• Customer support throughout the preparation process

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Review all prepared documents carefully before submission
• Submit your application to the appropriate government agency yourself
• Pay all required government fees directly to the relevant agency
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for the final submission of your application to government agencies.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees cover document preparation and review only. Important distinctions:

• Our Fees: Payment for our document preparation services, due at the time of order
• Government Fees: Separate fees required by government agencies, paid directly by you to the appropriate agency

We do not collect government fees on behalf of any agency. All government fee amounts and payment methods are determined by the respective agencies and are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team. Upon receiving your request, we will send you a secure link via email to complete our refund qualification process. You will be asked to provide the reason for your refund request and answer a brief set of questions.

How your refund is processed depends on the timing of your request:

• Same-Day Cancellation (Void): If your payment has not yet been settled by our payment processor (typically within the same business day), we can void the original transaction in full. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, with no fees deducted. Voided transactions typically appear as a reversed or cancelled charge on your statement.
• After Payment Settlement (Refund): If your payment has already been settled (typically after the same business day), a void is no longer possible and a refund will be issued instead. Refunds are subject to a $29.99 service fee, which is deducted from your refund amount to cover administrative and payment processing costs. The remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

Additional refund terms:

• Application Denials: No refunds for applications denied by government agencies, as this is outside our control
• Processing Delays: No refunds for government processing delays, as we do not control government timelines

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The exact timing of when the credit appears on your statement depends on your financial institution. Refund requests submitted through the secure link are reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of the outcome.

6. No Guarantees

We explicitly make no guarantees regarding:

• Approval of your passport or visa application
• Specific processing times or expedited handling
• Government agency decisions or actions
• Changes to government requirements or procedures

Application approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant government agency. We provide preparation assistance only and have no influence over government decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for damages arising from application denials, delays, or government agency actions
• We are not liable for missed travel, lost opportunities, or other consequential losses

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Travel Passport and Visa LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
